Instructions for Authors
Submission of Manuscript
Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s submission system. Submissions are considered on the condition that the work is original and not under review elsewhere. All communication regarding the manuscript will be conducted through the submission platform via corresponding author.
Basic Manuscript Conditions
Authors must ensure that:
- The manuscript is written in clear and accurate English
- The work is original and has not been published previously
- The file follows the journal’s formatting and referencing style
- A separate document includes full author details (names, affiliations, emails, ORCID if available)
Manuscript Layout
The main manuscript should be organised in a standard academic format, typically including:
- Introduction
- Literature Survey
- Methods/Framework/Modelling/Experimental Setup
- Results/Findings
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- Study Limitations
- Future Research Directions
- Implications
At the end of the manuscript, include:
- Acknowledgement (if applicable)
- Conflict of Interest Statement
- Code (if applicable)
- Data availability
- Consent to publish
- References
Pages should be numbered and formatting should remain consistent throughout.
Manuscript Length
The word count in the manuscript should be between 5000-8000 words (references excluded).
Placement of Captions
The figure or table number should be sequentially (e.g Table 1, Table 2, Figure 1, Figure 2 and vice versa).
The caption of the figure should be placed below the figure, while the caption of the table should be place above the table.
Notes for the corresponding table and figure should be highlighted with “*” and placed below the table and figure.
Title Page Requirements
The title should be concise and informative. Avoid unnecessary abbreviations and ensure clarity. As an internal bench mark title should not be longer than 20 words. Author details must be provided separately and should include institutional affiliation and email ID.
Abstract Preparation
The abstract must clearly summarise the study, including its purpose, methodology, core findings, implications and novelty/originality. It should remain concise and within the specified word limit (generally around 200–250 words).
The abstract should be written in a single paragraph and avoid citations or excessive technical language.
Keywords and Research Contribution
Authors must provide 4-5 relevant keywords immediately after the abstract to enhance discoverability of the work. The JEL classification codes may be provided below the keywords section (if applicable).
A short statement explaining the study’s contribution or originality may also be included to highlight its significance to the field.
Highlights
A highlights section should be added before the introduction section. A short statement or bullets explaining the study’s contribution or originality may also be included to highlight its significance to the field.
Authors must ensure that:
- The manuscript is written in clear and accurate English
- The work is original and has not been published previously
- The file follows the journal’s formatting and referencing style
- A separate document includes full author details (names, affiliations, emails, ORCID if available)
Ethical Compliance
All submissions must follow recognised ethical standards. Authors are required to:
- Confirm that the work is free from plagiarism
- Ensure proper acknowledgment of all sources
- Provide approval details for studies involving human participants
- Declare any conflicts of interest
Failure to meet ethical requirements may result in rejection.
Acknowledgment
The acknowledgment section should be placed above the references. This section include non-author contributions, technical assistance or any other support received by the authors during the preparation or during the revised version of the work from anyone.
Abbreviation and Nomenclature
Provide the full form of the abbreviation with abbreviation enclosed in the bracket “()” on the first mention and afterward use the abbreviation only. Whereas, the nomenclature would be added in the end of the manuscript.
Font Style and Sizing
The font style of the manuscript text should be Times New Roman with a font size of 12 throughout.
Disclosure Statements
Human or Animal Research Approval
Where applicable, manuscripts must include a statement confirming approval from a recognised ethics committee or institutional board. Such as if animal sample or animal has been used to conduct the research it should be clearly addressed that informed consent was obtained by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) by mentioning the name of the IRB and approval number.
Informed Consent
Authors must confirm that participants provided informed consent when required.
Conflict of Interest
All authors must disclose any financial or non financial relationships that could influence the research.
Informed Disclosure of AI
The authors should clearly state through informed disclosure about the use of OpenAI’s ChatGPT or any other Large Language Model (LLM) which has been utilized to improve the clarity and grammar of the text in any of the section of the work. The author should clearly state that all the content presented in the work was reviewed and verified by all authors. If the AI usage is not disclosed, it may be considered as a violation of publication ethics and it may lead to the rejection, retraction or correction of the work.
Funding Disclosure
The authors should disclose if their work is funded by a project or grant. If not applicable; please states “ No funding has been received to prepare or to conduct this research work”
Formatting Notes
Authors should follow these general formatting principles:
- Use standard academic font (New Times Romans) and spacing (1.5)
- Maintain consistent headings and structure
- Number all pages
- Present tables and figures clearly and sequentially
In text citation for Tables and Figures
The authors should clearly cite & discuss all the figures and tables number in the main text.
Displayed Example
- As shown in Figure 1.
- The results are summarised in Table 1 and vice versa.
The in-text citation of the Figures and table should be in sequence.
Submission Checklist
Before submission, authors should confirm:
- The manuscript is complete and correctly formatted
- Abstract and keywords are included
- Ethical statements are provided where required
- All references are properly listed
Incomplete submissions may be returned without review.
References
The journal follows the APA style for the citation.

The appendix of the paper would be added at the end of the manuscript with a clear labelling of “Appendix”.

Submission:
Manuscripts must be written in good English.
Manuscript:
Manuscripts must be unpublished. The title page must include an abstract that is no longer than 250 words and key words. Full contact information for all authors must also be provided on a separate page. References must strictly meet the journal’s style requirements.
Abstract:
Author(s) will need to write abstract briefly and clearly the main aims and findings/conclusions of the work it should provide the reader a clear idea of what has been achieved. The length of the abstract should be within 150-250 words.
Abbreviations:
Any word or words to be abbreviated should be written in full when first mentioned followed by the abbreviation in parenthesis.
Illustrations:
All illustrations of any kind should be submitted as sequentially numbered figures, illustrations should be inserted in the main body of the text.
Tables and Supplementary Material:
Data must be kept to a minimum. Tables should be numbered and headed with short titles. As with illustrations, they should insert in the main manuscript text.
Acknowledgements:
Acknowledgements should appear at the end of the text.
References:
References should be cited in the text as name and year and listed at the end of the paper alphabetically. Where reference is made to more than one work by the same author published in the same year, identify each citation in the text as follows: (Kashif, 1998), (Kashif, 1998b). Where three or more authors are listed in the reference list, please cite in the text as (Hye et al., 1998). All references must be complete and correct. If essential, cite unpublished or personal work in the text but do not include it in the reference list. Where possible the DOI for the reference should be included at the end of the reference. Online citations should include date of access. References should be listed in the
